When we are dissatisfied with our life situations (private – leisure time, health or physical condition, work – career, recognition, pay etc.), the first thing we do is start looking for someone to blame. We like to tell everyone how unfair life is. I earn too little and work too much, your boss doesn’t see your potential, because of my children I don’t have time for myself (family, sport, friends, hobbies), my partner does this and that and I’m totally unhappy etc… the list is endless…
AND I surprise you with my statement, if you stay AS YOU ARE TODAY, you will STAY THE SAME in one, two, three years. YOU WILL REMAIN DISSATISFIED.
We are chained by ourselves.
What now?
At every moment in life, we are faced with choices that can affect the course of our future. One of these fundamental decisions is the choice between change and stagnation.
Which door we choose determines the course of our lives.
1) THE POWER OF CHOICE:
Each of us is definitely responsible for the paths we take and the direction our lives take. Even in the most difficult situations, we still have the choice of how to respond.
Don’t leave the influence to others, shape your own happiness.
Take the decision into your own hands and take responsibility for your life!
Nothing will change until you decide to change yourself.
2. THE CHALLENGE OF CHANGE:
Change is inevitable and often scary. It requires courage, self-reflection and the will to step out of your comfort zone.
But change is also an opportunity for personal development and growth. By opening ourselves up to new experiences and facing challenges, we can realise our full potential.
3. THE CONSEQUENCES OF STAGNATION:
At the same time, it is important to recognise that holding on to the familiar is also a choice. If we decide not to change anything, we remain stuck in our current state.
We run the risk of missing out on opportunities, losing ourselves, becoming bitter and leading an unhappy life.
Don’t stay in a dead end, seek assistance, read books, use the various channels and you will find the way out!
I would like to remind us that we are not victims of our circumstances, but creators of our own destiny.
Accept this challenge and change your life. We always have a choice. The choice to change or to stay the same.
Choose the change!
